FDG‐PET/CT‐GUIDED REBIOPSY MAY FIND CLINICALLY UNSUSPICIOUS TRANSFORMATION OF AN INDOLENT LYMPHOMA AT THE POINT OF DIAGNOSIS OR RELAPSE

Introduction: Histologic transformation (HT) to an aggressive lymphoma is a well-described event in the clinical course of indolent lymphomas. When HT occurs, it common find both low grade and high different areas body. Purpose study was evaluate benefit diagnostic FDG-PET/CT-guided rebiopsy from maximum standardized uptake value (SUVmax) site lymphomas, reveal not detected first biopsy. Methods: 85 patients with (follicular lymphoma, marginal zone B-cell or nodular lymphocyte-predominant Hodgkin's lymphoma) who had undergone FDG-PET/CT, were identified Oulu university hospital Finland.
